How can I pay?

You can pay by using PayPal. It's easy and safe. If you don't already have a PayPal-account, you can easily sign up here; www.paypal.com!
If you are from The Netherlands and you want to pay differently (by bank transfer ('internet bankieren')), please contact me at [email protected].

Do you have a return policy?

If something is wrong with your received order, please contact me immediately ([email protected])! Maybe I can replace the item or give you your money back. You are responsible for any costs made by shipping the items back to me. You can't return the items if there is nothing wrong with them. If you need to know more about the item before purchasing it, just use the contact form. I will answer your questions as soon as possible.

When will the items ship after I purchased something?

I will ship items on every Thursday, Friday and Saturday + every first Sunday/Monday of the month. If there are many sales on a different day, I will ship them earlier!

Can I also pick up the items I purchased?

Yes, you certainly can! Please drop by in our real shop in Rotterdam! We're open on Thursdays (from 1 - 5), Fridays (from 10 - 5) and Saturdays (from 10 - 5) + every first Sunday of the month (from 12 - 5).

What about import fees?

I'm not responsible for any import fees that are being charged when I ship something outside Europe. I will do my best to send the items to you in a way that will prevent the import fees being charged.
